Aaicha Masala began in 1995 as a humble attempt to preserve our grandmother's authentic Maharashtrian masala recipes. What started in a small kitchen in Pune has now grown into a passionate mission to share the rich culinary heritage of Maharashtra with the world.

Our founder, Payal Ghadge, learned the art of masala-making from her grandmother (Aai), who insisted on hand-grinding spices and using traditional techniques to create the perfect balance of flavors. These recipes have been passed down through generations, and we're committed to keeping these authentic methods alive.

Every masala we feature is made with carefully selected ingredients, roasted and ground in small batches to ensure the highest quality and most authentic flavor. We believe that the secret to great Maharashtrian cuisine lies in these handcrafted masalas.
